Looking for a daycare that
caters to your dogs needs?
Welcome to The Bark-Inn! We’re a cozy, dog-friendly home offering personalized daycare in a calm, comfortable environment. We keep our groups small, so each dog gets the attention and care they deserve.
We also offer limited overnight boarding to trusted clients who can’t (or don’t want to) board in traditional kennels. Check out the Services page for more details about daycare and boarding.

Owner/Operator
I have decades of experience with dogs, cats and rats, both in a kennel setting and while operating out of clients homes. Whether they need specific medical care during the day, extra playtime, or just hourly potty breaks, I look forward to making sure your pet always has their needs met while they’re under my care. As a life-long dog owner and foster, nothing is more important to me than an animals wellbeing.
I’m certified in Red Cross Canine CPR, and have successfully tested as a Certified Pet Care Specialist.
I’m also a lover of New York Style pizza, Godzilla movies, and antique stores! (:

Support Staff(ies)
Meet the beloved mutts that make up the backbone of the Bark-Inn, Panda and Peanut!
Panda: A (happily vocal) 4 y/o pittie x hound that was rescued at 5 months after being born into an unwanted farm litter. She LIVES for fetch, gets along with every dog she meets, and is an expert groomer. The only dangerous thing about her is her tail, that thing is a whip! Otherwise she’s a happy camper who just wants to run, swim, and chase all the tennis balls.
Peanut: A 14 y/o alien in a dogs body, we rescued this old man from Animal Ark when he was just about 1 y/o. He then spent years with foster brothers and sisters of all sizes before we adopted Panda when he was 10 y/o. He acts more as a referee than a playmate, but can hold his own with young pups! He just prefers to lay in the sun and be a baked potato rather than chase after things these days.

Supportive Husband , Business Partner & Dog Lover
A man who is just as in love with dogs as they are with him, Kory is typically home during the winter months when construction season dies down. He may not be a daily presence for pups, but when he’s around, rest assured they’ll be spoiled rotten with all the attention (: He also has an extensive background in HVAC systems, propane, natural gas and electrical- so when I tell you we have a maintenance man on call 24/7, I mean it!
